We do have an after hours procedure which is very simple. On the day prior to arrival or the day of arrival our Reception will ring to ask your approximate arrival time. If it is after the office is closed, we will give you a code to access the top safe situated on the wall outside the Reception glass door. We ask that guests come down the next day to register and pay their balance of accommodation.  There is a white phone on the wall above the safes which you can use in case of difficulties with obtaining your keys or any other emergencies.

No they are not allowed and any guests caught having a function or party will be fined.
