With the release and Noosa launch of super chef, Philip Johnson’s new book ‘Eating In’, us home cooks now have no excuse not to plate up and present the kind of food normally only enjoyed at an award winning restaurant.
Our resort team joined guests at Ricky’s River Bar + Restaurant last week for an indulgent afternoon on the river. We were totally spoilt with a dream menu from Philip’s book prepared by Ricky’s amazing kitchen team with a helping hand from Philip himself.
It was such a treat taking time out to sit back and enjoy an afternoon of beautiful food, wine, good conversation and gorgeous river views on one of those perfect Noosa winter days. This is Noosa at it’s best.
