Yes all the apartments have air conditioners in the lounge room and some have air conditioning in the bedrooms.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartments and if smoke is detected there will be extra charges for cleaning and deodorizing of the apartment. You may smoke outside on the balcony with the doors to the apartment firmly closed.
All the bed linen (including blankets and bedspreads) are provided along with bathroom towels and tea towels in the kitchen. You may want to bring your own beach/ pool towels but we do have these in Reception for hire.
A phone call to our friendly Reception is all it takes to get these small extras organized for that special someone or for a treat for yourself.
All the apartments are fully self contained with full kitchen facilities, separate lounge and dining areas, separate bedrooms and two bathrooms and full laundry. Each apartment has a large north facing balcony.
Yes the resort faces north east to north west with views of the ocean and hinterland.
All the standard and premium apartments are the same size. They are all three bedroom, two bathrooms in size and are locked up or down to 1, 2 or 3 bedroom depending on what the guests require.
We have seven penthouses – four three bedroom apartments which have an additional rooftop BBQ area with spa and sunlounges and three 4 bedroom two storey apartments that have a plunge pool instead of the spa and an additional bathroom and lounge/bedroom upstairs.
All our apartments are individually owned and the Premium apartments have been recently renovated. However, all our apartments are maintained to a high standard and are spacious, comfortable and well equipped.
Yes the resort can hire in baby equipment so just contact us in regards to what you require and we will be happy to give you a quote.
The one bedroom ensuited apartments will accommodate two adults in either a king or queen bed. A cot can be put in for babies up to 2 years.
The two bedroom two bathroom apartments will accommodate four people in either a king or queen bed and two single beds. Children over the age of two not in a cot are counted as taking up a bed space.
The three bedroom, two bathroom apartments will accommodate six people in either a king, queen and two singles/ 4 singles configuration.
The Four bedroom penthouses will accommodate eight people in either a king, queen or singles configuration to suit the needs to the guests.
We do have an after hours procedure which is very simple. On the day prior to arrival or the day of arrival our Reception will ring to ask your approximate arrival time. If it is after the office is closed, we will give you a code to access the top safe situated on the wall outside the Reception glass door. Inside will be an envelope with the name of the guest arriving and inside will be the keys, a map and directions to the apartment. We ask that guests come down the next day to register and pay their balance of accommodation. There is a white phone on the wall above the safes which you can use in case of difficulties with obtaining your keys or any other emergencies.
No they are not allowed and any guests caught having a function or party will be fined. Our Security patrols regularly throughout the night and we have a live in Onsite Manager who also patrols the property at regular intervals so any disturbances of the quiet enjoyment of other guests after 10 pm are dealt with strongly and swiftly.
We all love our pets but unfortunately it is a Body Corporate By Law not to allow pets onsite.
Yes – it is available and user pays.
Noosa has many venues for wedding ceremonies and receptions but Noosa Crest does not provide these services. You are welcome to book the accommodation for your honeymoon and for your wedding guests.
Normal check-out time is 10am. If you require a later departure times this will be subject to availability of the day of departure and may incur a late checkout fee depending on the time required.
Normal check-in time is 2pm, however if you arrive early and the apartment is available we are happy for you to check-in early. If we have guests in the apartments the night before then we will have the apartment ready for you as quickly as possible after they depart at 10 am and we will be happy to look after your luggage until check-in is available.
We open reception at 8.30 am until 5 pm Monday to Friday and 9 am to 12 noon Saturday and Sunday. We are closed Christmas Day, New Years Day and Good Friday. We are open on other public holidays from 9 to 1pm.
Yes we offer a free booking service for all tour bookings from Reception. Our staff have extensive knowledge of the Sunshine Coast and are happy to chat with and advise you on all the activities available for you and your family to enjoy.
There is a private secure boardwalk from the bottom of the resort that runs down through the bush and rainforest to the Lions Park which requires a key entry at the gate which is only for our guests. From there you just cross the park to Hastings Street and the beach.
There is a full size tennis court in the resort which is lit until 9pm.
There are two pools in the resort – one is heated all year round. There are two spas and one sauna attached to each pool area.
Rates and Seasons
There are private limosine services that operate from both Brisbane and Sunshine Coast airports as well as a shuttle service door to door so please ask Reception for these details.
We guarantee best rates for all direct bookings. Low season is from February to the June school holidays – with the exception of the Easter period which is high season. Mid season starts on 1st August and goes through until after Noosa Triathalon on the 1st of November. High season commences on 20th December and goes through until mid January. The weather is perfect all year round in Noosa with the summer temperatures getting more humid in January and February and the winter temperatures dropping slightly below 20 degrees in June and July. The water is a balmy 24 to 26 degrees most of the year with the coolest times being our mid winter period of June to August.
Our busiest months are July through to January with our quieter months being February to May. Easter holidays are the busiest time during this period.
